WHO HOLDS YOUR DATA

WHAT GETS COLLECTED

If you send the form, I get your name, your phone number and what you wrote about your business. That is all the form asks for and all it sends.

If you visit the site, {{PLACEHOLDER: analytics provider}} counts the visit without cookies and without anything that identifies you.

WHY

To reply to you. Nothing else. Your details are never sold, never rented, and never added to a mailing list.

HOW LONG

Enquiries are kept for two years and then deleted. If you would rather they went sooner, email me and they will be gone the same day.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

The form is delivered by {{PLACEHOLDER: form provider}} and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. Neither uses your enquiry for anything other than delivering it. No other third party receives it.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask what I hold, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email tom@madebymatanah.com. If you are not happy with how I have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
